Overview

Salt is hiring a ‘Finance Operations Analyst’ wherein you will coordinate and optimize our Finance Operations processes to ensure efficiency, risk mitigation, and financial success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage data analysis, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Partner Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Manage outsourced partners to ensure adherence to collection targets and resolve escalations.
• Work with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to quickly resolve billing and payment issues.
• Assist customers in adopting new process changes and offerings to improve their billing and payment experience.
• Project Management & Coordination:
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely execution of finance-related projects by closely monitoring progress and facilitating communication between teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SAP FICA and S/4HANA configurations, functionalities, and best practices within the finance domain.
• Min 4 years’ experience in accounts receivable and payable management.
• Familiarity with change management processes.
