Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts and provide comprehensive HR support. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and office administration, preferably within the Freight Forwarding industry. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required, along with knowledge of employment laws. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of all-rounded experience including accounting, human resources, and office administration.
• Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Handle all aspects of financial accounting, including fixed asset management.
• Prepare and submit management and statutory reports.
• Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders.
• Provide HR support including payroll and staff management.
