Job summary

A leading asset management firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance, HR & Compliance Associate to manage people operations, finance administration, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services. Key responsibilities include overseeing payroll, managing tax compliance, and supporting corporate governance. Strong bilingual skills in English and Korean are preferred for liaison with headquarters.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in financial services preferred.
  • Ability to process payroll, employee onboarding/offboarding, and recruitment.
  • Experience in tax compliance and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payment vouchers and process financial transactions.
  • Provide HR support including payroll and employee relations.
  • Oversee the compliance function and manage regulatory matters.
  • Assist with corporate tax filings and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Maintain statutory records and prepare corporate documentation.
  • Manage office welfare and administrative services.

Skills

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
