Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Finance & HR Admin for a one-year contract role to provide essential support to the Finance team and assist with HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in finance or HR administration and be proficient in finance processes and SAP B1. The role spans various tasks including invoice processing, vendor payments, and light HR duties, ensuring smooth daily operations. Competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

  • Min 2 years’ work experience in Finance / HR administrative.
  • Basic understanding of Finance processes (invoice, PO/GRN matching) is preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP B1 or other ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual matching and verification of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, and supplier invoices.
  • Support invoice processing and data entry for finance transactions.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly vendor payment schedules.
  • Create Sales Orders and Sales Invoices as required.
  • Ensure timely documentation filing and administrative support for Finance operations.
  • Provide support during SAP automation project transition.
  • Assist with any other assigned finance-related duties.
  • Assist in handling pantry orders and replenishment.
  • Maintain basic HR records and documents.
  • Support simple HR tasks such as data entry and ad-hoc duties.
  • Assist with office support during festive seasons.
