Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on production support experience in the financial domain.
- Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics or similar.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 production support for financial domain apps, resolving incidents within SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Level 3 for fixes.
- Monitor application health using Splunk, AppDynamics, and other tools.
- Develop automation scripts in Python to streamline operations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business and operations to minimize end-user impact.
- Contribute to runbooks and knowledge base.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
