Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing procedures and internal reporting for two entities.
• Review VAT reconciliation monthly and quarterly.
• Prepare budgets and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze variance between budgeted and actual figures.
• Monitor capital ratios and request capital injection when needed.
• Prepare finance slide presentations for board meetings.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants on year-end statements.
• Assist CFO with various tasks as required.
