More about our mission and what we offer. We’re looking for a Finance Director to join and lead our APAC finance team, based in Singapore!
If you’ve got Financial Services experience dealing with Commercial Finance, Strategic advisory, Financial Resources Process & Controls and Audit, and working with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally, and an interest in working at one of the fastest growing FinTech companies, read on!

Your mission

• Be the finance leader for the APAC region
• Act as the primary finance partner to APAC business and product leaders, supporting and influencing strategy and investment decisions
• Provide actionable management insight and driving performance improvements
• Own the regional P&L, balance sheet and cash flows across multiple entities and currencies.
• Be the regional main point of contact in finance to ensure that all new entities, products and legislation are correctly interpreted and efficiently structured.
• Influence APAC planning, forecasting and scenario analysis; translate product and market plans into financial outcomes.
• Track and improve unit economics (e.g., take rate, cost per transaction, losses, funding and FX costs).
• Lead the APAC Finance team and support them in their transformation journey

About You

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in fintech/payments/banking or high-scale tech, with regional scope.
• Proven ownership of a multi-entity, multi-currency P&L and balance sheet in a regulated environment.
• Track record building teams and scaling processes in high-growth, product-led organisations.
• Strong controllership, financial reporting and FP&A foundations; comfortable moving from strategy to spreadsheets.
• Proven strategic finance impact by supporting decision making to support growth and expansion in existing and/or new markets
• Regularly managed and influenced senior stakeholders (board of directors including NEDs, regional leadership committees)
• Inclusive people leader who develops talent and builds diverse teams.
