Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a finance professional to support local entities and group reporting in Singapore. You will handle budgeting, month-end close, journal postings in Navision, and FPSG reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–4 years of accounting experience, with a focus on statutory compliance, audits, and tax matters for Star group. Ad-hoc duties may arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience; full-set accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare student recruitment commissions for Local Student Recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• Prepare monthly FPSG reports and yearly reconciliation.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing; prepare journal entries in Navision.
• Prepare revenue/expense variance analyses for management reports.
• Prepare audit schedules and annual tax returns; support Edutrust, audit and tax compliance.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
