Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Executive (Reporting & Analysis) in Central Singapore. The role drives budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, supporting month-end close and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities include journal entries, revenue/expense analyses, audit support, and management reporting. A Bachelor's in accounting and 3–4 years' experience with Navision/Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience; full set of accounts preferred.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Commission processing and preparation of commission calculations.
• Financial reporting & analysis and timely month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare month-end workings and accounting entries for revenue items.
• Post monthly journal entries and perform variance analyses.
• Budgeting, consolidation and annual budget uploads for reporting.
• Assist with audit schedules, regulatory compliance and tax returns.
