AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting a finance professional to handle group and local entity financial reporting, including FPSG monthly and yearly reconciliations and budget consolidation for local entities and the group.

The role covers month-end and year-end closing, Navision postings, variance analysis, audit schedules, and board reporting data, along with Edutrust compliance, audit support, tax returns, and ad-hoc duties in a dynamic Singapore-based team.

Responsibilities

• Process commission calculations for recruitment staff and in-country representatives
• Prepare and reconcile FPSG reports on a monthly and yearly basis
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, including revenue entries, Navision journal postings, variance analysis (revenue and expenses), audit schedules, and board reporting data
• Build and consolidate yearly budgets for local entities and group, including final load files for Navision and management reporting
• Maintain Edutrust (CPE) compliance documentation, support audit queries, and prepare audit reports, annual returns, XBRL submissions, and tax returns for the group
• Undertake other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
