Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a qualified accountant to join the central Singapore finance team.

You will handle commission processing, month-end closings, budgeting, and compliance tasks while coordinating with local recruiters and in-country representatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Navision or similar systems, with strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience; full set of accounts preferred.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting software.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Commission processing and calculations for local recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• Timely month-end and year-end closings; prepare journals and revenue/expense analyses.
• Prepare annual budgeting templates and consolidate budgets for reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance; support audits and tax/returns; manage audit schedules and data.
