Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a finance professional to manage commission calculations for recruitment staff and in-country representatives, and to prepare FPSG reports monthly and yearly.

The role includes month-end and year-end closing, Navision postings, and variance analysis for revenue and expenses. You will also build annual budgets for local entities and group, load files for Navision, and prepare management reports, board data, and tax submissions.

Responsibilities

• Process commission calculations for recruitment staff and in-country representatives
• Prepare and reconcile FPSG reports on a monthly and yearly basis
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, including revenue entries, Navision journal postings, variance analysis (revenue and expenses), audit schedules, and board reporting data
• Build and consolidate yearly budgets for local entities and group, including final load files for Navision and management reporting
• Maintain Edutrust (CPE) compliance documentation, support audit queries, and prepare audit reports, annual returns, XBRL submissions, and tax returns for the group
• Undertake other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
