Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team in Singapore.

The role focuses on month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, taxation, audit support, and regulatory compliance. The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting with 3–4 years of experience in full-set accounting, and be proficient in Navision or similar systems and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience; full set of accounts preferred.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare student recruitment commission calculations for local recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare month-end workings and accounting entries for revenue items.
• Post monthly journal entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare revenue variance analysis and analytical reports.
• Prepare expense variance analysis for management reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules and relevant financial data for management reporting.
• Prepare annual budget templates and consolidate budgets for reporting.
• Prepare budget upload files for the accounting system and management reports.
• Update and maintain documents required for regulatory compliance.
• Support audit queries and audit-related activities.
• Prepare audit financial reports.
• Prepare annual returns, XBRL submissions, and tax returns.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
