Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a finance professional to support local entities with revenue recognition, budgeting, and year-end closing. The role encompasses commission calculations for recruitment staff and in-country representatives, and the preparation of FPSG reports.

You will manage Navision postings, variance analysis, audit schedules, and tax returns, while assisting with ad-hoc finance duties. Regulatory compliance elements include Edutrust and XBRL submissions.

Responsibilities

• Process commission calculations for recruitment staff and in-country representatives
• Prepare and reconcile FPSG reports on a monthly and yearly basis
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, including revenue entries, Navision journal postings, variance analysis (revenue and expenses), audit schedules, and board reporting data
• Build and consolidate yearly budgets for local entities and group, including final load files for Navision and management reporting
• Maintain Edutrust (CPE) compliance documentation, support audit queries, and prepare audit reports, annual returns, XBRL submissions, and tax returns for the group
• Undertake other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
