Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a skilled accountant to join their finance team in Singapore Central. You will manage end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end close, budgeting, and regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and 3–4 years of relevant experience; proficiency with Navision and MS Excel is preferred. A detailed, compliant approach will support strategic decision making and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience; applicants with full set of accounts experience are preferred.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare student recruitment commission calculations for local recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare month-end workings and accounting entries for revenue items.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare revenue variance analysis and analytical reports.
• Prepare expense variance analysis for management reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules and relevant financial data for management reporting.
• Prepare annual budget templates and consolidate annual budgets for reporting purposes.
• Prepare budget upload files for the accounting system and management reports.
• Update and maintain documents required for regulatory compliance.
• Support audit queries and audit-related activities.
• Prepare audit financial reports and annual returns, XBRL submissions, and tax returns.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
