Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a seasoned finance leader to manage Financial Reporting & Accounting, Budgeting, Treasury, Audit & Compliance, and process improvements. You will lead a small finance team and partner with operations to drive performance.

You will oversee monthly close, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and liaise with auditors. A Bachelor in Accounting/Finance and 8 years of finance experience with 2-3 years in supervision are expected; Big 4 audit

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized University.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant external audit experience in Big 4 preferred to manage local reporting requirements.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity in commercial outfits.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual closing and financial reporting.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, costing, inventory, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide business insights.
