Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage local staff commissions, FPSG reporting, and month-end processes. You will oversee revenue recognition, journal entries, and Navision postings to maintain accurate books.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
3-4 years of relevant accounting experience; full-set accounts experience preferred.
Strong accounting fundamentals, analytical and Excel skills.
Experience with Navision or similar accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

Process recruitment commissions for local staff and in-country representatives.
Prepare monthly/yearly FPSG reports and annual reconciliation.
Handle month-end and year-end closing, including revenue workings, journal entries and Navision postings.
Prepare revenue and expense variance analysis, audit schedules and management/board reports.
Prepare and consolidate annual budgets, including Navision budget load files.
Support EduTrust, audit, tax, XBRL and other statutory compliance requirements.
Perform other ad-hoc finance duties as required.
