Originally founded as a small family‑run operation, the organization has grown into a major international player known for fast‑paced innovation, user‑centric design, and a broad portfolio spanning cleaning, cooking, food preparation, home environment, and beauty. Its global footprint continues to expand, supported by thousands of patents and strong growth across multiple markets.
The business is rapidly scaling its presence in Korea, establishing full local capabilities across operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing. Korean operations focus on strengthening retail execution, overseeing local logistics and 3PL partners, managing order and inventory processes, and driving localized brand and marketing activation to support high‑growth ambitions across the Asia‑Pacific region.
Partner with commercial and operational teams to influence pricing, trade investments, customer negotiations, and overall financial strategy.
Provide insights on revenue performance, margin opportunities, promotional effectiveness, and operational cost drivers.
Lead monthly performance reviews, highlighting key variances, business drivers, risks, and required actions.
Support decision‑making through financial modelling, scenario analysis, ROI evaluations, and data‑driven recommendations.
Co‑own sales forecasting, ensuring revenue, volume, and trade spend assumptions are accurate, aligned, and realistic.
Conduct variance analysis between forecast, actuals, and budget, ensuring transparency in financial performance.
Track and analyse trade spend across channels, validate pricing and promotional depth, and manage related accruals in compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor warehousing, logistics, delivery, and after‑sales expenses, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
Manage operational and commercial budgets with strong discipline, providing timely insights and recommending corrective actions.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into sales performance, profitability, operational costs, and key KPIs.
A bachelor’s degree is essential, along with 10+ years of experience in a closely related finance or commercial role.
Strong background in partnering with business leaders to shape growth strategies, build accurate forecasts, and anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
Practical experience managing trade spend and promotional budgets, ideally gained within FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail‑driven environments.
Deep familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership, including the ability to reconcile financial results with precision.
Highly self‑directed professional who can manage multiple deliverables independently and remain effective in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly and grow autonomy in responsibilities.
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholder groups.
Skilled at building and maintaining productive working relationships in dynamic environments with varied internal and external partners.
Comfortable presenting insights, backed by strong financial judgment and commercial understanding.
Able to work with large and complex datasets and convert findings into clear, actionable insights for decision‑makers.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office, especially in financial modelling.
Experience with Oracle Fusion, EPM, or Power BI is an advantage.
Must be able to communicate and write in professional, business‑level English.
