We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive for a permanent part-time role to support our growing operations. This can be a 100% remote working arrangement.

Job Description
Finance & Admin Executive (Permanent Part Time)

On the financial side, you will take full ownership of our accounts using Xero, managing the complete set of books including AP/AR, invoicing and proactive payables management which involves liaising with and managing payment queries from our consultants. A critical component of this role is high-level reporting where you will be responsible for producing monthly P&L statements and Balance Sheets, as well as granular P&L breakdowns by consultant and industry to provide actionable insights for the business.

For administration and team support, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires from procuring necessary hardware and office equipment. You will also be responsible for tracking staff leave and claims and maintaining our database platform by inputting revenue data to track, analyse and report on revenue performance.

This flexible role provides the choice of a 100% remote working arrangement.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a full set of accounts is essential
  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • As a part-time role with a Work from Home (WFH) option, you must demonstrate high levels of autonomy, time management and the ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines without constant supervision
