Job summary

HENG GOT MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive to join our core team in Singapore. You will implement systems and procedures to corporatize the business, covering accounting, admin, and HR functions.

You will handle full set of accounts, GST, payroll, recruitment, Work Pass, and liaise with auditors and insurers, supporting directors and ensuring timely, accurate financial and HR processes across our retail, property, and direct selling segments.

Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting duties.
• Bookkeeping, general ledger, cash management and bank reconciliation.
• Regulatory submissions including GST returns.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
• HR duties: payroll, claims and recruitment.
• Process Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate with insurance agents on policy renewals and coverage.
