Job summary

OCD HANDS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive to join the core team and implement systems and procedures to corporatize the business.

The role covers full accounting duties and comprehensive HR functions, including payroll and recruitment. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, GST submissions, liaise with auditors, and coordinate with insurance and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
• Self-motivated, well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to converse and liaise with external vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting.
• Bookkeeping: general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure accounting records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Handle GST returns and other regulatory submissions.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
• Report to Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments.
• HR tasks including payroll, claims, recruitment, and Work pass processing.

Education
