You will manage full accounting and HR duties, including GST/compliance, payroll, vendor payments, and recruitment, with responsibilities spanning cash flow, audits, and work pass administration. This role reports to the Directors and involves coordinating with insurance providers and external

Qualifications

• Accounting and HR experience preferred.
• GST compliance and payroll processing.
• Recruitment and work pass administration.

Responsabilités

• Accounting and general admin functions.
• Responsible for the full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting.
• Bookkeeping, general ledger, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure all accounting records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
• Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments.
• HR: full spectrum of HR functions.
• Payroll processing, claims expenses, and related matters.
• Recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviews, and salary proposals.
• Process Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate with insurance agents regarding coverage and renewals.
