Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Finance & HR professional in Singapore to lead the finance, HR, payroll, administration and compliance functions. You will manage full-set accounts, GST and cash flow, review project claims, coordinate audits and ensure MOM compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of Singapore regulations, and experience with deadlines and reporting to directors. Short-notice availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or HR is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant hands-on Finance & HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounts, financial reporting, GST, audit and cash flow management.
• Experience in HR, payroll, CPF and Singapore employment regulations.
• Construction/project-based industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance, HR, Payroll, Administration and Compliance.
• Manage full-set accounts, AP/AR, financial reporting, cash flow and GST.
• Review project/progress claims and supporting documents.
• Coordinate audit, statutory filings and compliance.
• Oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and MOM compliance.
• Manage payroll for ~70 employees, including CPF and leave management.
• Oversee office administration, vendors, licenses and contracts.
• Support Directors with reporting and internal controls.
