Job summary

REGIONAL TEST SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Accounts & HR Executive to manage daily accounting, payroll, HR and admin tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely deadlines.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, costings, GST computations and monthly closures, while coordinating with external accountants and service providers.

Also responsible for employee records, onboarding, Work Permit/S Pass matters and general admin duties, requiring discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and employee records.
• Knowledge of GST computations and statutory filings is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts payable, receivable and payments.
• Maintain accounting records, cash books and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly costings, P&L and financial summaries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end activities.
• Prepare GST computations and quarterly returns to IRAS.
• Liaise with external accountants and service providers.
• Process monthly payroll and employee tax submissions.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts and benefits.
• Manage Work Permit and S Pass matters.
• Handle HR documentation and general admin duties.
