Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance & HR Executive/Assistant to provide comprehensive support across finance, accounting, human resources, and compliance for Singapore and Malaysia entities.

You will manage full sets of accounts, payroll, GST/compliance, and HR administration, working as a partner to management to ensure regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
• Experience handling both Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Navision experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities and oversee monthly closing.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Review supplier invoices, monitor receivables, and ensure timely processing.
• Compliance & Audit: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and corporate secretaries; ensure regulatory compliance.
• HR Administration: Manage payroll processing, HR reports, records, and attendance.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and assist with grievances.
• Compliance & Work Pass Matters: Manage MOM work pass applications and stay updated on laws.
