MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive to play a core role in implementing systems and procedures to corporatize the business. The role encompasses accounting, payroll, HR activities, and liaison with auditors and tax agents.

The successful candidate will manage full-spectrum accounting, payroll, recruitment, work passes, and insurance coordination, reporting to the Directors and handling ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Responsabilités

• full set accounts and day-to-day accounting
• bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• process payments to suppliers
• liaise with the external auditor and tax agents
• report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments
• HR Functions
• payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
• manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal
• process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances
