Job Purpose

The Finance & Admin Executive will manage financial operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth business processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities
  • Consolidate regional financial reports and commission statements.
  • Assist in month-end closing to ensure timely and accurate submission in line with corporate reporting standards.
  • Prepare operational reports, including cost allocation and revenue tracking.
  • Responsible for the consolidations of regional reports and commissions
  • Partner with business teams to provide financial analysis and insights to improve performance.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Undertake ad-hoc financial assignments as required.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office operations, including procurement of supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Organize internal meetings, project reviews, and company events.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and leave tracking when required.
Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs)
  • Timeliness of Financial Reporting: All monthly and quarterly reports submitted within deadlines.
  • Accuracy of Reports: Error‑free financial and operational reports with less than 1% variance.
  • Compliance: 100% adherence to Singapore accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Administrative Efficiency: Meetings and travel arrangements organized without delays; zero missed deadlines for administrative tasks.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from internal teams and management on support provided.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT essential); IBM Cognos knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
