Job summary

A leading finance company in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Associate to assist the Accountant and Finance Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, entering transactions in the Million accounting system, monitoring payments, and assisting in month-end closing. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in accounting, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and good communication skills. This is a 1-year contract position with the potential for immediate start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Able to commit to 5.5 days/week (alternate Saturday).
• Possess initiative, flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Independent and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Assist to ensure proper accounting records are maintained.
• Enter transactions accurately in Million accounting system.
• Monitor & update all payments and expenditures.
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting.
