The ideal candidate should be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, fluent in both English and Chinese, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience. This role involves processing transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting in tax filings while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or hold a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) status.
  • 2-3 years of relevant bookkeeping or finance accounting experience.
  • Basic understanding of Singapore accounting principles and tax requirements.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily financial transactions, including accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in the company's tax compliance, such as the preparation of GST and income tax filings.
  • Handle reconciliation and confirmation of revenue and costs.
  • Process and record employee expense claims.
  • Prepare financial reports and preliminary analysis for management.
  • Assist senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure all financial records and documents are properly filed and maintained.

Candidate Requirements
