Job description

• Carry out on-site field service tasks, including preventive maintenance, overhauls, inspections with spare-parts advice, troubleshooting, and line performance optimization.
• Assist in assembling and testing new machines at global manufacturing sites up to FAT, when required.
• PLC / HMI software experience in Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Elau or Rexroth.
• Support installation and commissioning at customer sites up to SAT, provide training, and update technical documentation.
• Offer technical support on-site or remotely, and coordinate with manufacturing plants to clarify issues and solutions.
• Recommend service solutions such as overhauls, upgrades, modifications, and spare-parts replacements to improve performance.
• Prepare tools, equipment, and documentation before site visits; attend kick-off and close-out meetings; record daily activities; report completed work and pending items; and follow up until all issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.
