Job summary

YYCircle (SG) Pte Ltd seeks an in-house recruiter to fill vacancies for cleaners, security officers and other ground staff across project sites in Singapore. You will explain available jobs, pay, hours and benefits to candidates and guide them through onboarding.

This role requires meeting people at sites and in the community, coordinating referrals, interviews and deployments with HR and Operations, and helping staff move between roles.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willing to travel between project sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when approaching people.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and fill vacancies for cleaners, security officers and other ground staff across project sites.
• Coordinate referrals, interviews, onboarding and deployment with HR and Operations.
• Speak with part‑time staff about full‑time opportunities and career progression.
• Visit sites to understand staff concerns and explore transfers or other roles.
• Track recruitment progress and update Site Managers and Heads of Operations.
