Job summary

HONG YE GROUP PTE. LTD. recruits and supports cleaners, security officers and other ground staff across multiple project sites. You will help fill vacancies, guide new hires into roles and work with staff on longer-term opportunities.

As a field recruiter, you’ll meet candidates at sites and in the community, explain pay, hours and benefits, coordinate onboarding with HR, and travel regularly between project sites to understand staff concerns and explore transfers or other roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Confident approaching and speaking with people from different backgrounds.
• Willing to travel regularly between project sites.
• Recruitment, manpower coordination, cleaning or security experience is helpful; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet potential candidates at project sites and explain jobs, pay, hours and benefits.
• Coordinate referrals, interviews, onboarding and deployment with HR and Operations.
• Speak with part-time staff about full-time roles.
• Visit sites to understand staff concerns and explore transfers or other roles.
• Track recruitment progress and update Site Managers and Head of Operations.
