Job summary

Fuku is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to actively source and place ground staff at project sites across Singapore. The role focuses on in-person engagement, conversion of part-time to full-time staff, and retention initiatives to ensure a stable workforce.

You will travel between sites, coordinate referrals, and support onboarding and deployments with the HR and Operations teams. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to connect with diverse candidates, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment or manpower coordination is advantageous.
• Willing to travel frequently between project sites.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates in person at project sites, coffee shops, and malls.
• Recruit ground staff including cleaners and security officers.
• Explain vacancies, salary, hours and benefits to candidates.
• Identify opportunities for part-time to full-time conversion.
• Visit sites to discuss retention and explore transfers.
• Coordinate referrals, interviews, onboarding and deployments.
• Maintain recruitment records and report manpower status to operations.
