Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source ground staff at project sites and nearby areas, visiting coffee shops and malls to engage candidates. This hands-on role focuses on attracting cleaners, security officers, and other ground staff to meet manpower needs.

You will identify part-time staff for full-time conversion, collaborate with HR and Operations for deployments, and work on retention strategies while onboarding new hires and maintaining a staff database.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment or manpower coordination is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable approaching people in person.
• Willing to travel frequently between project sites.
• Results-oriented with interest in recruitment, manpower deployment and staff retention.

Responsibilities

• Ground Staff Recruitment: source candidates in person at project sites, coffee shops, shopping malls, etc.
• Part-Time to Full-Time Conversion: identify and engage part-time staff for full-time opportunities.
• Staff Retention: visit project sites, explore transfers or other roles, build a staff database.
• Staff Onboarding: coordinate referrals, interviews, site transfers, and deployment.
• Recruitment Reporting: keep records of candidates sourced, staff recruited, conversions and resignations.
