Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to assist respondents with surveys and ensure accurate data capture. You will conduct field visits, update outcomes on platforms, and strive to meet completion targets.

The role requires a diploma in business/marketing, 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and weekend availability to support project schedules. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Available to work on weekends as required by project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually and conduct field visits.
• Ensure data is captured accurately in the system.
• Update call outcomes through assigned platforms.
• Achieve survey completion targets.
• Review and correct data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
