Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Data Collection Assistant to support survey fieldwork from December 2026 to June 2027. You will work 12pm–9pm, five days a week at our Novena office, with weekend shifts as required.

You will assist respondents online or face-to-face, enter and validate data, conduct field visits, and update progress daily using Excel and other tools. This role emphasizes data integrity and timely delivery in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or face-to-face.
• Enter and validate collected data to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents not reachable by phone or online.
• Update call outcomes, survey status, and progress daily using Excel.
• Adhere to project timelines and data quality standards.
