Job summary

PERSOL is hiring a data-entry oriented assistant to support HR-related surveys and collect employment data in Singapore. You will enter data accurately, maintain records, and help field operations across Clarke Quay and Novena locations.

The role requires a Diploma in Business or Marketing, 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, and proficiency in MS Office. Weekend work and travel to project sites may be required, with a renewable contract through June 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Flexible to work on weekends if required by project schedules.
• Comfortable travelling to different locations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR to complete surveys and collect employment-related data.
• Accurately enter data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached by phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and validate survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for follow-up actions.
• Adhere to SOPs and provide valid reasons for deviations.
• Meet established KPIs and perform other ad-hoc duties.
