PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a data collection support role based near Novena with a 5-day roster that may include weekends. The position requires handling surveys, data entry, and field visits while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, daily reporting, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure successful survey completion. A diploma in Business or Marketing and 1–2 years in customer-facing roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Customer Service experience: at least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
