Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a diligent Survey Assistant to support respondents in completing surveys online or face-to-face, based at the Novena office. You will work 5 days a week, with shifts from 12pm to 9pm, and contribute to data collection for varied projects.

Daily tasks include entering and validating data in Excel, updating survey progress, and ensuring timelines and quality standards. The role requires a Singaporean with a Diploma in Business or related field, 1–2 years of front-facing

Qualifications

Singaporean with 1–2 years of customer service or front-facing experience.
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Self-motivated with ability to manage time and tasks independently.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Willingness to work on weekends as project requires.

Responsibilities

Assist respondents in completing surveys online or face-to-face.
Accurately enter and validate collected data to maintain high data integrity.
Conduct field visits for respondents not reachable via phone or online channels.
Update call outcomes, survey status, and progress reports daily using Excel or similar tools.
Adhere to project timelines and data quality standards.
