A leading technology firm is seeking a Field Application Engineer in Singapore to support the deployment of innovative software solutions across customer sites in the APAC region. In this role, you will act as a technical interface for clients, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main technical interface for customers during solution deployment and post-deployment phases.
  • Lead on-site and remote installations, system configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Support deployments in public, smart, and large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to continuous product and platform improvement.
  • Deliver customer onboarding, technical training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to relay customer feedback, feature requests, and local market requirements.
  • Support the full software lifecycle, from infrastructure setup to deployment, monitoring, and reliability optimization.

On behalf of one of its clients, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting a Field Application Engineer to support the company’s growth across Singapore and the APAC region.

Our client is an innovative technology company developing advanced software solutions leveraging 3D sensing and spatial intelligence to analyze movement patterns in large-scale environments. Its privacy-first platform enables operators of public spaces and critical infrastructures to improve operational efficiency, safety, and crowd management, while fully complying with data protection requirements.

The company operates globally with multidisciplinary teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia, and works with leading clients in transportation, smart cities, mobility, retail, tourism, and sports venues.

Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in the deployment, operation, and optimization of software solutions across customer sites in the region. Acting as a trusted technical partner, you will work closely with customers as well as internal product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure successful implementations and long-term customer satisfaction.
