Job summary

A community service organisation in Singapore seeks a professional to facilitate workshops and deliver educational programmes for families. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work with 5 years of experience in Family Life Education. The role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. This is a contract position with responsibilities including community outreach and volunteer management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in Family Life Education or 3 years’ experience in social work or counselling.
• Willingness to work some Saturdays and weekday evenings.
• Preferably with experience in community engagement and volunteer management.
• Specialist training in Triple P Positive Parenting, Signpost for Better Behaviour, or Prepare and Enrich is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and deliver educational programmes for families.
• Collaborate with social workers and counsellors to implement strategies.
• Develop and implement curriculum for workshops and family coaching.
• Collaborate with schools and local organisations to promote education programmes.
• Recruit, train, and engage volunteers for outreach activities.
• Lead initiatives to connect with community groups.
