Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards;
  • Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance, leveraging the Integrated Service Model for efficiency and a safe workplace;
  • To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against budget;
  • Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships;
  • Strategize, plan, and implement all business processes and procedures that align with the operation requirements of the hospital.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management (FM) discipline
  • At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management and facilities management
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively and excellent communication skills to engage with customers, service providers, and internal teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
