Job summary

JLL in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Support role to assist in operating Integrated Facilities Management services across HDB Commercial Properties. The candidate will help with day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance, and site operations while coordinating with vendors and contractors to meet KPI targets.

The role involves recording maintenance data, setting up standardized systems, and providing standby support for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supports the operation management of Integrated Facilities Management services.
• Assist and support sites in day-to-day maintenance and functional operations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out.
• Support site team in vendor performance monitoring and management to ensure contractors meet KPIs.
• Manage minor repairs and improvement works.
• Calling for quotations and arranging rectification works by term and appointed contractors.
• Set up records and maintenance systems and ensure standardization of systems and processes on site.
• Provide mobile standby to handle emergencies and support sites during critical breakdowns.
• Assist with major repair and A&A works.
• Assist to conduct tenants’ satisfaction survey and tenants communication.
• Support Yearly Electrical Annual Shutdown activities and events.
• Building and equipment inspections.
• Assist tenancy, leasing, renovation, finance and promotion matters.
• Follow up on tenancy management matters regarding fit-out works, deposits refunds, reinstatement works, arrears management and A/C extension billing.
• Review permit-to-work submissions and risk assessments for contractor works.
• Verify vendors invoices and ensure submission and documentation in order.
