Qualifications

• Degree holder with 3–4 years in facilities/property management or Diploma with 5–7 years.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Fire Protection Services, ACMV, and cranes/lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Maintain and document routine facility inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Support safety compliance, health & safety initiatives, and incident reporting.
• Handle administrative tasks: invoices, budgets, cost analysis, and service contracts.
• Assist in tenant relations, meetings, surveys, and vendor coordination.
• Support emergency response plans, drills, and post-incident reviews.
• Utilize CMMS to create, track, and close work orders; maintain digital records.
