Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in facilities or building services.
• Basic electrical and plumbing tasks with safety awareness.
• Preventive maintenance and fault-logging aptitude.
• Familiarity with facilities operations and asset control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor utility readings.
• Perform routine checks on essential equipment and systems.
• Execute basic electrical work and minor repairs.
• Handle basic plumbing tasks and leak resolutions.
• Conduct monthly EHS inspections and rectify noncompliance.
• Perform FCU checks and routine maintenance.
• Provide escort services for vendors and access management.
• Manage MAC of furniture and workspace as needed.
• Support onsite meetings, events, and seasonal setups.
• Maintain pantry/M&E supplies inventory and office keys.
• Attend fault calls and emergency escalations.
