Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer to support the Facilities Manager across technical services, maintenance, operations, vendor management, and project delivery at a critical client site. You will manage energy programs, preventive maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and 24/7 on-site support, coordinating with contractors to ensure SLA targets are met.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in FM/Engineering and 3–5 years of FM experience, with strong

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management for Degree holders, or a minimum of 5 years of experience for Diploma holders.

Responsibilities

Assist Facilities Manager in operations, maintenance, vendor management, and procurement.
Deliver services per client Service Level Agreement and achieve KPI targets.
Lead energy management programs to reduce utility costs.
Develop preventive maintenance plans and site engineering procedures.
Coordinate with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion for M&E, civil works and site upgrades.
Provide monthly operation and maintenance reports to the client.
