Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a senior facilities manager to lead a large-scale FM account in Singapore. You will oversee site services, vendor performance and financial controls, ensuring value-driven delivery for a marquee client.

You will manage a diverse team, coach staff, and collaborate with internal COEs and vendors to optimise space, capital works, safety and reporting. The role demands strong stakeholder relations and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in large scale FM account/portfolio management in a multinational environment.
• Proven vendor management, budgeting and spend control experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and knowledge of facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a diverse team of specialists to deliver high performance and value to the Client.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage Client expectations.
• Develop SOPs and drive reliable service delivery and process improvements.
• Oversee vendor contracts and negotiate value-for-money outcomes.
• Monitor budgeting, spend management, and capital works projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Risk policies.
