Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Singapore is seeking a Site Lead to serve as the strategic leader for a critical client facility, orchestrating all aspects of site operations and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

You’ll lead an integrated facilities team while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across maintenance, safety, and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in facility management or property operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex facility operations including mechanical systems, building automation, and vendor coordination.
• Proven track record of budget development and financial management for facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with CMMS and facility management software platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison, building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and translating objectives into facility solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an on-site facilities team, fostering collaboration and career development.
• Oversee all facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, conducting performance reviews to meet standards and budgets.
• Develop and manage site budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement safety and compliance programs, conducting audits to meet regulations.
• Lead emergency response coordination and business continuity planning.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and workplace innovation to improve building performance.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
