Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Property Executive to support the Assistant Building Manager with daily operations, tenancy handling, and reporting in Singapore. You will coordinate tenant requests, oversee services and drive standard operating procedures to ensure quality and compliance.

Location: On-site, Singapore. A degree or diploma in Building & Real Estate Management with relevant experience and strong organization and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building & Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing high rise commercial buildings or mixed developments.
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, fit-out practices and related local ordinances.
• Experience in formulating and implementing maintenance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly meeting documents and minutes.
• Organize social events & meetings.
• Attend to day-to-day tenant requests and feedback.
• Supervise soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, car park).
• Manage fit-out, reinstatement and A&A works.
• Process new applications and renewals of season parking.
• Administer and issue building access cards for tenants, visitors and contractors.
