Job summary

• Experience with CMMS and work order platforms in a facilities context.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests, coordinating resolutions across facility operations.
• Monitor and manage work order systems, tracking progress from intake to completion.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain records of service activities, vendor interactions and compliance requirements.
• Support health and safety initiatives and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Prepare reports on service metrics and facility performance for leadership.
• Assist with events, space reconfigurations and move coordination as needed.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver reliable service.
